Clear, credible, and compelling design for studies, briefs, and research reports
I help researchers and NGOs turn months of work into reports that influence.
Designing publications that make your message resonate with policymakers, funders, and partners.
Because your research deserves to be read, not just archived.
elegant, accessible design tailored to expert audiences
charts and infographics redrawn for clarity and impact
multilingual typesetting and formats for both print and online
reports crafted to resonate with stakeholders
I’ve helped NGOs, research institutes, and advocacy groups transform complex topics into reports that decision-makers actually read, often in the context of advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). My work spans fields such as:
I choose to work on projects that make a positive impact on society — and I’ll care about the success of your publication as much as you do. Beyond the design itself, I can be your partner in shaping the publication: from refining chapter flow to conceptualizing complex infographics. Together, we’ll make sure your message resonates and your work makes the impact it deserves.
Let’s create something meaningful together.
Upon inquiry, you’ll receive a tailored offer based on delivery speed and the estimated page count. If the report ends up longer than planned, the final invoice will reflect the actual number of pages in the designed version.
You’ll need to share the final contents of your report — text (Word or Google Doc) and images/graphics as separate files — by 9 AM CET on the agreed start date (unless we arrange otherwise).
Revisions follow standard publishing practice. After you receive the first draft PDF, you’ll mark requested changes using PDF Commenting Tools (a short guide is provided). Optionally, InCopy can be used if your team is familiar with it.
It’s best practice to provide a proofread version before design begins. This minimizes the number of text edits and makes the review process faster and smoother.
After accepting my offer, we’ll sign a simple contract covering scope, deadlines, and pricing (in EUR).
EU clients: invoiced in EUR, payable by wire transfer (IBAN). B2B invoices follow the reverse charge system.
Switzerland, UK, USA: invoices can be issued in CHF, GBP, or USD on request. Payments go to local accounts (via Wise.com at established banks).

Timelines vary with length and complexity. A 30-page report may take 2–3 weeks, while more complex publications (with charts and infographics) can take 4–6 weeks.
Yes. Most clients reserve a production slot 2–3 months ahead of delivery. Booking early guarantees your deadline and gives you a clear timeline for finalizing the text. It also allows me to plan my schedule and ensure I can dedicate full attention to your project.
If you need the design sooner, rush delivery may be possible for an extra charge, subject to availability.
